The Moakley Breakfast Forum Series, now in its ninth year, promotes the spirit of community engagement and public service across Suffolk University’s campus and the greater Boston community by promoting dialogue on important public policy issues of local, state, and national interest. This year’s Breakfast Forum, “Immigration Policy: What is Good for America?”, is a timely and relevant topic in light of recent Federal action on immigration. The forum will include a keynote from Mary Truong, Executive Director, Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants, and a panel of thought leaders, representing a range of perspectives, who will discuss the current administration’s immigration agenda from an economic policy perspective as well as a social justice/social service perspective.
